The Hopping Pot is a walk-up window on Carkitt Market square, with a handful of outdoor tables beside the stage where the two live shows run. It sells the full run of Wizarding World drinks: Butterbeer cold and frozen, Fishy Green Ale, Otter's Fizzy Orange Juice, Tongue Tying Lemon Squash, Gillywater, and the exclusive wizarding beers on draft.
The exclusive drinks are the reason to come rather than the food, which is a short list of snacks and pretzels. Fishy Green Ale in particular is a genuine curiosity: a mint and cinnamon drink with blueberry boba spheres at the bottom that pop when you bite them.
Being outdoors in an unshaded square, it is not a place to sit for long in the afternoon. It is a place to buy a drink and stand and watch whichever show is on the stage.
The best drinks list in the park and the only place to get several of them. Worth queueing for the exclusives, not worth queueing for a Butterbeer you could get inside.

Our take: Try it once because you will be asked whether you did. It is very sweet and one between two people is plenty; the frozen version and the soft serve are both better uses of the same flavour.

Our take: Pleasant and unremarkable, and it exists mainly to give a child who does not like Butterbeer something with foam on it. Order it for that reason and not because it is interesting.
