Le Gobelet Noir is a French restaurant in the wizarding quarter off 1920s Paris, and it is the only table-service room at Epic Universe that is part of a themed world rather than sitting in the hub. The design does most of the heavy lifting — a dark, detailed dining room that feels like it belongs to the street outside — and the kitchen turns out competent bistro cooking behind it.
