Atlantic is the closest thing Universal Orlando has to a proper restaurant inside a theme park. It is a full-service seafood room in the hub, with a raw bar, whole fish, and a nautical-celestial design that manages to be theatrical without tipping into a theme restaurant. The kitchen is cooking at a level that would be respectable at a hotel and is genuinely surprising behind a park gate.
The room does two things unusually well. It is properly cool and properly quiet — a rare combination at Epic Universe — and the service is paced for people who intend to sit for an hour rather than for people trying to make a showtime. If you have been on your feet since eight in the morning, that hour is worth more than the food is.
It is not cheap and it is not trying to be. A couple eating a starter, a main and a drink each is spending real money. What you get for it is the best meal in the park and the best hour of rest available in it, which for most visitors is the correct trade exactly once in a day.
The best food at Epic Universe and worth the price once in a trip. Treat the hour off your feet as half of what you are buying and it becomes straightforwardly good value.

Yes by theme-park standards. Entrees mostly sit in the $30s and $40s as of July 2026, and a couple ordering starters and drinks is spending real money. The cooking justifies it more than most in-park restaurants do.
It works for older children who will sit through a meal, and it is not the right room for a restless toddler. Families with young children are better served by Oak & Star Tavern in the same part of the hub.
